Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund administration on our behalf. Your payment agreement is with Paddle, and "Paddle" may appear on your billing statement. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account billing page or via Paddle at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You may not use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others. You may not scrape, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Platform. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
Our AI tools provide educational analysis and content improvement suggestions. Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and should be reviewed before publishing. You remain responsible for any content you choose to post and for ensuring you have rights to any input content you submit. Outputs are not suitable for regulated professional advice without human oversight.
You must not use the AI tools to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak or circumvent safety features. We may remove content, refuse outputs, and suspend accounts for violations.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes a promise or guarantee of income, commissions, traffic, followers, sales, or financial results. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, skill and market conditions. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Peter Edward's Company, LLC's place of business.
